Here are some answers to the questions I frequently get asked. If you do not find the answer to your query, then please feel free to use the form below or email me to ask me any questions and I will answer them as soon as possible.

How do I pay you and how will you send me the products?
You pay using Paypal, which is a secure system allowing you to use either your credit or debit card. When you fill in your details on the Paypal website, you will be asked to fill in your postal address. I then receive these details and send the finished product to you. All you need to set up a Paypal account is a valid credit or debit card and an email address.

How long does it take to receive the product?
It generally takes 2-6 weeks for you to receive the finished product, depending on the size and complexity of the design.

If I send you a picture, can you make the item in the picture?
I can certainly try to make it for you. As pictures don't always show things in great detail, I can't guarantee that it will look exactly the same as in the picture. You can always send the product back to me and get a refund, minus the postage costs. Please email me your picture and the details of the product you want, ie colour or colours you'd like me to use, and age of the child.
